Radford is a Managing Director in the Natural Resources group in the Investment Banking Division and is responsible for managing client relationshipsand executing transactions in the utility, power and alternative energy sectors. As a leader of the Natural Resources team, head vises regulated utilities, merchant generators and clean technology companies on mergers and acquisitions as well as corporate, project and commodity-linked financings.

Radford joined Goldman Sachsin 1998 and has specialized in the energy sector for over ten years. He was named managing director in 2006. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, Radford was a tax attorney at Coudert Brothers in New York. Radford earned a BA in Economics from the University of California, a JD from Loyola Law School and an LLM in Taxation from NYU School of Law.
