Substitutions, Refunds, and Cancellations:

Substitutions are welcome at any time. All requests for refunds or cancellations must be received in writing to IBF. A full refund less a 20% administration fee will be issued if the request is received in writing before January 22, 2013. No refunds will be granted after that date.

The Renaissance Esmeralda is currently sold out, but we are holding rooms across the street at the Miramonte Resort.

The group rate is $209 per night plus $15 per night resort fee.
